Return went okay. I did get my refund, just took longer than I expected.

My fan randomly stopped pairing, so I reached out to Haiku Home and they sent the warranty part faster than I expected. Support was easy to deal with too, no weird hoops or runaround. I remember I was eating a slightly burnt bagel while chatting with them, for some reason that stuck in my head.

I thought the installation would be straightforward from the instructions, but once I actually got into it, things felt a lot less clear. I ended up having to redo a few steps, which was really frustrating. Support did eventually help, but it took longer than I wanted. The product itself seems fine so far, I just didn’t love the whole install experience at all

"Light is decent, but I wish it were brighter"
The light looks nice and does the job, but to be fair, it’s not as bright as I was hoping. It’s fine for a smaller area or just some extra lighting, but I wouldn’t count on it if you need something really bright.

"Remote works like it’s supposed to"
I ordered this from haikuhome.com, the remote has been refreshingly easy to use. The buttons actually make sense, which apparently isn’t always a given these days, and the fan responds right away without making me press things five times. It’s nice being able to change the speed or light without getting up, because that’s kind of the whole point. Overall, happy with it

The Haiku Home app has been solid for me. It opens quickly, stays connected, and I’m not constantly getting logged out for no reason. My schedule has just worked without me having to mess with it, which I appreciate. Weirdly, I remember setting it up while eating a bowl of cereal at like 10 p.m., and I haven’t really had to think about it since. that’s exactly what I want from this kind of app.

"Shipping was ridiculous"
My order showed up way later than expected, and the tracking was basically useless the whole time. It barely updated, so I had no idea where my package was. Whoever handled this shipping situation really dropped the ball.

"Good deal for the price"
I’d been shopping around for a decent fan and Haiku Home had the best price I could find. Shipping was normal, nothing crazy, and the fan actually feels better quality than I expected for what I paid. So far it seems like a solid deal… no complaints yet.

I checked out haikuhome.com because I was hoping to find some clean, simple home ideas, but umm, the whole style felt a little too cold for me. Everything looked very plain and kind of blended together, so it didn’t really feel cozy or inviting.
The colors and layout just didn’t give me that warm, lived-in home feeling. I can see how some people might like the minimal look, but for me it was a bit boring and hard to get excited about.

"Support finally replied, but what a slowpoke situation"
I had to reach out to support about a question on my order. To be fair, they did get back to me and they were polite, but man, the slowpoke routine was annoying. I ended up having to follow up once before I got a real answer. The reply was helpful when it finally came through, so it wasn’t a total mess, but the wait definitely made the whole thing feel average.

"Getting the smart home setup was more frustrating than I expected"
I was really hoping this would be a quick setup, but it ended up being kind of a headache. Alexa kept disconnecting on me, and the app setup was just annoying to get through. I think I spent most of the first night trying to connect everything, or maybe it was the next morning at that point — it all blurred together. Once it worked it was fine, but getting there was way more frustrating than it should’ve been

I ordered from haikuhome.com and the packaging was solid. The box did show up with a dent on one corner, which was a little disappointing, and I kind of expected at least a quick apology for how it arrived.
That said, everything inside was safe, and they used enough padding so nothing was rattling around. It didn’t look perfect from the outside, but the packaging did its job in the end

"Super quiet, especially at night"
We put a Haiku fan in our bedroom after finally getting tired of the old fan making that little buzzing noise every night, especially when the house was quiet and there was nothing else to drown it out. I’m a light sleeper, and even the dog moving around can wake me up sometimes, so I was really hoping this one wouldn’t be annoying. So far, it’s been great. It runs really quietly, with no humming, clicking, or weird vibration sounds. The install took us a little longer than expected, but once it was up, it was totally worth it. It’s just nice to have air moving while we sleep without constantly noticing the fan

I’ve noticed my energy bills dropped a bit since using it. Not a huge difference, but there’s something about it that seems to help save energy around the house.

I’m not totally sure if I just got a bad one, but it felt kind of cheap right away and ended up breaking way sooner than I expected. Disappointing overall

I ordered my fan from haikuhome.com and I’ve been really happy with it so far. The airflow is a lot better than the old fan I had, even when it’s on a lower setting. I don’t feel like I need to crank it up just to cool the room down. It’s also really quiet, which was a big plus for me. The controls took me a minute to figure out, but support was helpful and basically said, “give it a little time and you’ll get used to how the settings work,” which ended up being true. No complaints from me.
